Who do I contact if I have a claim?

General Liability, Workers' Compensation & Auto Liability Claims

In the event of an incident, it is recommended that you file a claim within 24 hours of the incident but certainly as soon as practicable.

To report a claim or even a potential claim, please call Sedgwick CMS at +1 (866) 669 4151 or report the incident online.

Employement Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) Claims

To report EPLI claims, please complete the Arch Claim or Incident Reporting Form and email it to Claims@ArchInsurance.com or fax it to 866-266-3630.

If you have questions, you can call 877-688-2724 to talk with a representative, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST.

Coverage for EPLI is provided on a claims-made and reported basis, which means that coverage applies for wrongful acts which occur after the retroactive date and are reported within the policy period. Thus, employee-related claims should be reported as soon as you become aware of any situation which may give rise to a claim.
