Claims handling for the Square Deal Insurance Program is managed either through a specialized Third Party Administrator (TPA) or directly by the carrier.

Nurse Triage Service for Worker's Compensation

If you've experienced a non-life threatening injury at work, immediately call the Priority Care 365 (PC365) Nurse Triage Service. The NurseLine is available for non-emergency situations related to Worker's Compensation claims. Before seeking treatment, a nurse will speak directly with the injured worker to gather injury information and recommend the most appropriate treatment plan. This helps ensure proper care from the start and can prevent minor injuries from escalating into costly claims.

How to access the NurseLine:

  1. If the injured worker needs to report a work-related injury and has not yet sought medical treatment, call (833) 226-3251.
  2. When prompted, Press 1 to connect with a nurse.
  3. The nurse will collect injury information and provide guidance on next steps and treatment plan.
  4. The injured worker will be provided a loss number as the incident is reported. They can provide this number to Gallagher Bassett to reference their claim.
