RRRG insurance products & coverage details

The RRRG Commercial General Liability policy is custom, comprehensive occurrence insurance policy to cover your legal responsibility when negligent acts results in bodily injury and/or property damage to others. Designed specifically for the Servpro franchisee and tailored to compliment the RRRG Pollution coverage as a package.

The RRRG Pollution Liability is comprehensive environmental coverage designed exclusively for the Servpro franchisee and the types of operations a franchisee completes.  Created as a companion coverage for the General Liability policy, the RRRG pollution policy provides protection for claims alleging bodily injury and/or property damage stemming from pollution incidents. Coverage also pays for any related clean-up costs you become obligated to pay as a result of environmental damage

This is additional exclusive coverage for the Servpro franchisee that increases the limits of the underlying liabilities (general and/or pollution) when the underlying policy limits have been met.  The RRRG Excess is very unique – it is follow-form coverage – meaning it follows the occurrence based GL and / or follows the Claims made Pollution.

LSR policy assumes liability in the event of defective workmanship for "Remediation, Repair and Reconstruction" and "Home Improvement" following mitigation by non-insured entities or without mitigation services. If a franchise owner becomes liable, this policy will cover up to the policy limits to repair, replace or service the affected area or retain you to provide such work to the customer.

Covers your business’ first and third party liability and financial losses from data breaches and other cyber events including phishing, ransomware and extortion.
