Marsh, the world’s leading insurance broker and risk advisor, specializes in designing customized insurance solutions. Our job is to simplify managing your business insurance so your franchise business can survive and thrive.

Marsh has worked with ServPro to identify a suite of carriers providing comprehensive coverages that have proven invaluable to franchisees like you.  In addition to Restoration Risk Rentention Group, Marsh is proud to present a suite of products from Nationwide, AmTrust, and Progressive.

For policies  with Restoration Risk Retention Group (RRRG), billing is managed by AIS, a third party billing provider. Policies placed with Nationwide, AmTrust and/or Progressive are typically Direct Bill – which means the issuing carrier will bill you directly for the premium due on the policy.

  • Workers' Compensation audits are an essential part of the insurance process. When you purchase a Workers' Compensation policy, the premiums are estimated based on your business operations and payroll information. However, to ensure that these estimates are accurate and that the policy classifications are appropriate, all policies are subject to an audit. During the audit, the insurance carrier will review the estimated payroll and associated employee class class codes, adjusting the final policy premium to reflect the actual payroll. These audits are required by law and are clearly stated in every policy we place.  The goal is to ensure that you are paying the right amount for your coverage based on your actual payroll.
  • Premium audits are vitally important. A workers' compensation audit determines the final premium for an insurance policy, and the data collected during an audit is later submitted to rating organizations, such as NCCI and independent bureaus. This information is used in developing experience modifiers and loss costs.
