Claim Reporting
According to the terms of the Errors and Omission (E&O) policy, claims may be submitted directly to AIG/National Union. To assist you in filing a claim a State Farm Form on the ABS website has been provided to help you gather all necessary information and send the claim directly to AIG/National Union.
If you have a claim involving a State Farm product, you may want to discuss the matter with your Agency Administration Leader and your claims office prior to submitting a claim to the E&O policy carrier.

During annual enrollment, Agents have the option to purchase an additional $1,000,000 EPL endorsement for an added premium of 15 percent of your annual E&O premium. This is an opportunity to increase your EPL liability to a total of $2,000,000 limit of liability, per claim, per agent, with a $5,000 deductible.
