E&O Program

Marsh is proud to offer State Farm agents access to our self-service web solution to enroll in and renew your Errors & Omissions insurance and access to your program data.

Active State Farm Agents are eligible to participate in the Agents' Errors & Omissions (E&O) program.

When determining premium, the following factors are considered:

1. The limits/coverage the agent selects
2. New agents should use an annual estimate (approximately 10% of gross commission).  
3. For renewing agents, prior 12 month’s gross income received from State Farm Insurance Companies

The Errors and Omissions (E&O) policy provided through the Agents' E&O program is underwritten by National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA for agents in the United States. National Union is a subsidiary of AIG.
