About the Program

State Farm will notify us of your retirement; no action is required.

After enrollment has been completed, you will be directed to the Marsh Self-Service Portal where you can download all available documents. If you would like a paper copy of your documents, please contact us.

Payment for policies through December 31, 2024 will be deducted from State Farm commissions.

Beginning with 2025 policies, payment of premium is due in full at the time of enrollment, using a Visa or Mastercard. We are unable to accept any other forms of payment or offer installment plans.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept premium by check. Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment using a Visa or Mastercard.

Premium is calculated based on your annual revenue, which is provided by State Farm. Additionally, we did have a minor rate increase in 2025, the first time in over 12 years.

  • Please contact State Farm Agency/Sales Resources (ASR) to start the process. You will be instructed to complete the Request to Incorporate form found in the ABS webpage.  When State Farm (ASR) receives the completed form, they will inform Marsh accordingly and a Declarations page will be sent to you with your Incorporation name.
  • The Incorporation process for the State of Texas is different than for other states.  If you have not already done so, please contact State Farm Agency/Sales Resources (ASR) to start the process.  You will be instructed to complete the Request to Incorporate form found in the ABS webpage.  The request form may be submitted without the license and articles being attached.  Once State Farm (ASR) receives the completed form, they will inform Marsh accordingly and a Declarations page will be sent to you with your Incorporation name.
