First of all, I wanted to express my thanks to so many of you that have already trusted us with the important responsibility of arranging your insurance protection, and many more we are in ongoing conversations with.
We always embrace every opportunity to meet you in person and the recent Ignite event was a perfect way to do this in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. We felt the event was another resounding success, so we would like to thank everyone that stopped by the stand to speak with us.
As this is your first quarterly newsletter, what can you expect? Each edition will be packed with informative updates, practical advice and useful contacts. For this first edition we focus on claims and offering some advice on best practice you can adopt to help avoid claims happening, as well as what to do in the unfortunate event of one occurring. Therefore, please take a moment to read now or save for later when you have some downtime.
With the peak seasonal period almost upon us, we know you will be extremely busy therefore we wanted to remind you we are on hand now, and over the winter period should you need our help. Whether this is to discuss your cover or supporting you in the unfortunate event of a claim.
