Account ceation & log in

You cannot change your password more than once in a 24 hour period. To reset your password click here and follow the instructions.

You cannot use your previous 12 passwords when creating a new password. 

If you already have an online account with Marsh and are managing insurance policies for your business, you can use your existing account to add another business as an Authorized Officer. You can add one business at a time. To add another business to your Marsh account as an Authorized User, you must be invited by the business’s Authorized Officer and follow the instructions.

To update your email address, please contact your account management team.

Managing my insurance policy

Currently, you can manage your Non-Trucking Liability & Physical Damage policy online. You can view basic policy details for your Worker’s Compensation and Employment Practices Liability Insurance.

After each successful transaction, you will receive Auto ID cards and a Certificate of Insurance. When adding or updating a vehicle registered in New York State, we will send Auto ID cards later than other documents.

To receive an Auto ID card for NY, contact your account management team and they will be able to assist you. 

If the add, remove or update icons are disabled online, then your policy is due for cancellation or has not started yet, so you won’t be able to make policy changes online.

Pay-as-you-go billing for Workers' Compensation policies

Pay-as-you-go is a billing feature that is available for your Workers' Compensation policy. Your policy and payments will automatically update to account for changes in payroll throughout your policy term with actual payroll amounts. This helps simplify cash flow management and administration because your premiums will be aligned with your actual payroll, reducing the risk of your annual premium audit resulting in high amounts of additional premium being due.
