Eligibility
WCIA members can purchase underground and above ground storage tank insurance coverage on an individual basis. There are state and federal financial responsibility requirements for owners/operators of underground petroleum storage tanks
Policy Details
The underground and above ground storage tank policy is provide through TankSafe offered by CHUBB/ACE American Insurance Company.
Cost
When determining premium, the following factors are considered:
- Type of tank, underground or above ground
- Capacity of tank
- Age of tank
